Whose Identity?

Hello all,

So im going to go for a short post today, but one that is rather important!

IDENTITY!!

"I have a destiny in God. 'For I know the plans I have for you, they are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope."

-Jeremiah 29:11

This verse clearly states it, our destiny is found in God. Too many people in this generation try to find their destiny in their boyfriend or girlfriend, the latest trends, and also in the entertainment industry. You should never try and find your identity in what Jay-Z, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, and all the other illuminati people in the music industry say (i'll be posting a blog soon about this cult/illuminati stuff). Not only will you be lead into the wrong direction, but you're feeding your spirit the wrong stuff. Only God knows your destiny, because he made it! We should never try and find who we are by what the world thinks we should be, our identity is found in Christ!! Anytime someone tries to find who they are by the world, they will always fall short, or come up empty-handed, none of their questions will get answered, and they are even farther away from finding their destiny. Look to God before you look to those around you, or the music being blasted in your ear, or the movies and television being placed in front of you. This also means that we need to draw the line on what's acceptable, you do have to realize that you personally place yourself farther and farther away by feeding your spirit the wrong stuff, so you must draw the line on what not acceptable if you want to be anywhere close to figuring out who you are. The music can deceive, don't let the world lie to you about who you really are!

Never let anyone define your worth!!!
